Air systems

Today, the most common products for filling a void is loosefill, ½” bubble, or using air systems; ProtecPac can help you with all of these!

Loosefill is a one-of-a-kind material well suited for most common void-fill applications. It flows easily, which cuts packaging time. It's lightweight, to lower shipping costs. The product's superior cushioning allows you to use less material and reduce packaging expenses. And it is reusable and recyclable; standard available in 20 cubic feet bags.

An alternative to loosefill are air pillows which are made on site by a small system.

Whether used for interior cushioning or simply void fill, air pillows will ensure that your product reaches its destination without damage. The system, using rolls of special film, creates strong air pillows of varying sizes. The equipment is compact; portable; durable, and easy to install, with a simple control panel making it easy to operate.
